Do you have to use a silo inbetween the harvestesr and the reactor, or can you go from just the harvesters to the reactor? Is it possible to use a coupling array instead of a silo, if necessary?

I just submitted a manufacturing job of 35 runs of my Antimatter Charge M bpo which has a ML of 80 and my character has a Production Efficiency level of 2. This means I should have had 61 units of trit, 57 units of pyer, and 1 unit of mex as waste...
